About JJIS

The Juvenile Justice Information System for State of Maharashtra was the part of the State Action Plan. The Department of Women and Child Development (DWCD), Government of Maharashtra taken up this initiative on mission mode to strengthen the Juvenile Justice System in the State. Along with the Online Tracking of Child Care institutes, Child Welfare Committee, Juvenile Justice Board and regular as well as mandatory daily procedure. System will help in Real Time Monitoring of the Children who are in conflict with law and the children who need care and protection.
